I’m a professional who helps people run faster, lift heavier, and look and feel their best. But I didn’t start out with all the answers.
Back in high school in the early 2010s, I was searching for fitness answers and finding nothing but confusion. I’d spend hours scrolling through Bodybuilding.com and Livestrong.com, trying to figure it all out. “How do I get six-pack abs? How do I sprint faster in the 400m? What is creatine? What is beta-alanine?” Every question had at least 5 different answers, and none of them agreed.
That frustration pushed me to get my degree in exercise science. I became a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach, and I continued coaching track and field and cross country because it’s a passion of mine. After six years of real experience coaching and training, I finally have the answers to those questions—and so much more.
Now? I’m on a mission to help others who feel stuck in their health and fitness journey.
