Education

Currently offered in-person only. Education is offered in a group setting typically similar to clinics or camps. Learn about injury prevention, strength training, etc. I dislike powerpoints but if that’s what you prefer that can also be offered.

Interested in trying it out yourself? Individualized programs can be a great way to see results without the extra costs of personalized 1-on-1 coaching.

How are the coaching sessions conducted?

Our coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime. These are typically done once or twice a month outside of a training session.

What if I miss workouts or need to adjust my schedule?

Life happens. That’s why we do monthly or bimonthly. I adjust your program based on what actually happened, not what was supposed to happen. Missed a workout because you were sick? We adapt. Work got crazy? We make it work. Change the plan, not the goal.

Who can benefit from this coaching?

Anyone who wants to feel better, lose body fat, get stronger, or run faster. (not just for runners)

How much does the coaching cost?

Free until you reach your goals

Do I need to be an experienced runner to work with you?

Not necessarily, but you should have a clear goal and be ready to train consistently. I work best with runners who already have some base fitness and are training for something specific. However, if you’re a beginner and you’ve exhausted other programs, it could be time to work with a coach who specializes in developing runners. Not a runner? We’ll still help you the best we can!
